We stayed here during the Topless 100 race at Batesville Motor Speedway. Ozzy was very friendly and nice at check-in and got us to our room quickly. The room was good sized and the bed was super comfortable. The room was very clean. No problems at all and would definitely stay here again. We were a little nervous because of some negative reviews but it ended up being the best stay of our trip.
Clean Rooms , comfy beds, breakfast could be better, coffee too. Vending machines in hallway steal your money. Beware of those.
Stayed here for the weekend. We had 2 rooms with king beds. Very spacious and clean rooms. A little disappointed with the Covid protocols; no sitting downstairs to eat breakfast, everything was individually packaged (except waffle machine), no cleaning the rooms daily and the pool was closed. I’m just over all the crazy protocols - just an excuse to offer less for the same price. That being said, great nights sleep, clean, convenient. Well worth it. I am sure we will be back.
I have stayed here several times. It is always consistent! Everyone here is extremely nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is always delicious. And, I feel it is located in a convenient area. There are several gas stations, grocery stores and little shops near by. There are several things to do not far from Batesville in every direction if you do your research. I'm 100% satisfied here every time!
Ozzy and Brittany were so wonderful. Respectful,kind, thoughtful and it was sincere not phoney. Even helped me get my computer connected to the WiFi Your rooms were clean and had everything we could need. Thank you and yes we left our pillow! Keep it and we will catch you on the flip side. We stayed 2 nights and everything was really nice rooms, good breakfast, very, very friendly staff. Everyone was very accommodating to our needs. Thank y’all for everything. God Bless.
Very clean and quiet. The rooms are very nice. They have beds, nice big flat screen tvs, a nice desk and desk chair, mini fridge, and a sitting area with a couch. The bed was super comfy too. It was very easy and quick to check in. Overall wonderful experience. I loved how quiet and clean it was!
Our room was VERY clean, I even felt comfortable walking on the carpet barefoot. The only issue we had is one of the bathroom towels was rolled up all cute on the sink, I used it to dry my hands and it reeked of cigarettes. Then I moved the second one to smell it and a used cigarette FELL OUT OF IT onto the counter. The gentleman at the front desk was very apologetic and offered us a new room, we declined because we liked our room otherwise. We got a discount for our stay and they said the manager is going to find out who cleaned our room so they can look into it. Overall a very good hotel to stay in! If we come back to this area we'll stay again and get the same type of room.
